Lose weight fast, part 5

Previous we looked at setting goals; eating healthy and exercising efficient. By doing this you should reduce the time of losing weight; and keeping the changes you want. Keep improving yourself by setting goals.

There is something I forgot mention related to exercising; you will often come to a period where you feel you don’t improve any; you don’t do more, or faster; you simply don’t see any improvement. This might really take your motivation away; but don’t let it get to you. Instead change your program a bit; if you are running for 5k you could start hill running, interval training etc. Just find additional exercises that help you with variation; and they will help you improve by time. Don’t give up.

Next I want to talk about old habits. You will still desire chocolate; cake etc. And you shouldn’t stop eating these things; you should only reduce it to a minimum. You could say for example Friday I exercise and can eat some unhealthy at evening; and Saturday there are no exercise; still some healthy meals early at day but Saturday evening you might have chocolate and some other less healthy products. Maybe even have some cola. The point I am trying to make is that you don’t want to lose all things you previously enjoyed. Making such a commitment would make it close to impossible to create a lasting plan. Setting renewed goals etc.

Everyone still wants some of their old habits; we only choose to reduce it to two evening instead of each time we want some. If the desire awaken during the week and you lose the motivation for fruits; vegetables etc you just tell yourself to wait till Friday or Saturday. It is of course important to keep committed to several small healthy meals during the day; so you don’t overeat when you first eat some more fat holding dinner or chocolate. To create lasting changes you need to be motivated; you need to keep some old habits, and when eating unhealthy you should only do it some.

I hope some of my ideas to change my life can help you to create a new life too. I really hope we both can create lasting changes; filled with inspiration and hope. I hope that we both get a life making both us; and those around us happy.

I will keep writing advices as the changes start become more stable in my life; and hope you will keep to your changes as well. The best way to lose weight fast is to make action.

Lose weight fast, part 4

In our previous post we talked about goals; motivation. We talked about creating more healthy meals. We talked about the importance of enjoying the moment while acting for our goals. And feel free to keep education as a goal; to learn to cook more healthy homemade food; to learn to enjoy more and new vegetables and fruits. Just enjoy your life.

Next to healthy food replacing cola, snack and fast food we should start to exercise. I have done some social training previous. Sure; it feels good; but it’s not efficient training. To create a efficient training you should have goals to improve yourself within something; to do more; or be faster. I have personally decided to start running. I think 5k is a realistic start for me. I might later decide to be more efficient 5k runner (5k training); or make it 10k and efficient runner of 10k. It’s not really about making social training with your friends; but to have efficient training. Training that improves your-self; whether it’s spinning, biking, running, swimming or anything else. I firmly believe I will train more efficient and burn fatter by creating a training program improving yourself than just doing something with your friends. With friends you often get caught up in the social aspect of training, instead of the efficient and healthy training you really need. If you really want exercise with your friend you should create a program with them. Ask them to improve themselves with you. Don’t make it as completion all the time, as competition make take your motivation away if you lose or win too much. Instead focus to improve each other.

Another exercise you could make additionally is to start the day with a breakfast. After the breakfast you walk for 15-20 minutes motivating yourself. Tell yourself you can do this. You will have great day. You will do your best at work. You will use time with family. The important part of this is to replace news with self motivation and hope. We should cheer ourselves up for a good day. I don’t want be depressed by news and feel tired when come to work. I want to feel motivated; ready for action. Feel the body start making use of what you ate for breakfast.

To walk in the morning is simply to replace old habits. You might easily get a better position at work too if you are experienced as happy and efficient with what you do. You need to keep the habits of reading the news, drink coffee and arrive at work tired. Instead start the day believing in your-self; motivating yourself. Additionally it doesn’t give any harm to awake by exercises and feeling good for doing something for your body.

Lose weight fast, part 3

Previously we talked about writing down a terrible past we don’t want to return to; and a new life style giving us hope and inspiration. Writing it down is really important; as it makes it more real. You want to look at it to get inspiration. You want it to give hope when implementing your changes gets hard. So do write it down to make it real. Don’t let it be a day dream you forget soon.

Next we have to create a structure. Daily goals to try achieve a larger goals a bit later. You have to learn setting goals. Do you know why we are making goals? It’s not that we are too stupid to remember our thoughts; but it’s to create structure and make us more efficient. Did you know people without self discipline and structure often are unhappy with their life? That they are more likely to blame other for lack of money; blame others for lack of good health. We don’t want to be this person any more. We want to make actions to get a happier life.

To get a happy life we have to put realistic goals. Realistic goals could be to eat 5 small, but healthy meals each day (it is more healthy eating small meals than few large meals to create a better fat burning body). Another goal could be to learn to create a healthy homemade dinner. It is a fact our body get worse by eating prefabricated food with chemicals for taste and preservation of the food. Another goal could be to replace cola with water. You can create many daily goals to create more healthy food in your every day situation. If you get used to water, juice and milk you will enjoy it more too. Also snack with fruits and vegetables really improves your day. I don’t expect everyone to have similar goals as me; you should create your own goals. You need goals that give you inspiration and make you happy. You must never create goals that are a burden; heavy to do. You don’t live your inspirational life. You might never get the life you wrote down. But the actions you do in your everyday life should give you hope and inspiration. You shouldn’t tell yourself constantly; I do this for my future; I will suffer this for a different life. If you do this you have wrong goals. You have wrong priority. You have to enjoy your changes; get motivation and hope from them. And with some luck the fruits give a sweet taste, and at the same time they make you happy you are doing something good for yourself.
