Lose weight fast, part 2

As I talked in the previous post; we need to make responsible actions. And please; if you are not like me; consult a doctor on what you can do. But do stay away from diets; stay away from chemicals promising to lose weight. Sure; a diet might help you lose weight: TEMPORARLY. But we want to stay healthy. Not being healthy body for a while, and shortly after being overweight again. I am sure you have experienced the same as me; for a while you are slim and ok since ate less and exercised some. Than we stop the changes and we are back to old habits and overweight again.

I am sure you are like me and have experienced the same and don’t want to experience the same over and over again. You want lasting changes. Lasting changes can only be made if you have decided to change your life. To have a healthy body is about permanent changes; permanent healthy body. To change your life you have to understand your current situation. You have to write down how your life is. You have to write down what you hate with yourself as it is now. You have to write down what might happened if not change (ask a doctor if you need to; hypertension and heart problems are just some illnesses that might kill you). Just write down everything you don’t like with your current situation. Next you start creating your ideal life. Write down inspiration. Learning to cook healthy food. Learning to like new vegetables and fruits. Exercising for goals. Just create motivating factors to help you create your changes. This is why we gain weight again; we don’t have motivation to continue our changes; we miss old habits. But we have to enjoy what we do. We don’t enjoy diets. We don’t enjoy starving ourselves. We have to have goals motivating and inspiring ourselves; creating hopes. To enjoy what we do. And this should be what we write down next; how we will enjoy others finding us attractive again. Enjoy feeling healthy and good. Writing down is done for motivation; we don’t want back to the bad life we wrote down; we want to work to get the future which inspires us; makes us feel good. You have also to keep a realistic, simple future. Not a dream or fantasy; keep it real. Make your new life inspirational.
